FAQ


  • Where is the store based ?
    Paris, France
  • Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping is available to most countries. However, if there is a problem we will contact you about your order and refund as necessary. 
  • How long will it take to receive my order ?
    Every order will be shipped within 7 days. 

- Estimated delivery in France: 1-5 business days after shipping

- Estimated delivery in Europe: 5-15 business days after shipping

- Estimated delivery outside Europe: 5-20 business days after shipping

Shipping fees :

France : 5 euros
International (Europe, Usa, Canada etc..)  : 11 euros

You can add tracking option separatly. (+ 1 euros for France and + 3 euros for international tracking). Tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail after shipping.

  • Orders who choose the insufficient option for shipping will be cancelled.
  • Do you offer tracked shipping?
    You can add tracked shipping option in your cart. Tracked shipping will be more pricy.

    For preorders: Once the preorders are closed, it will take from 2 to 4 weeks to produce everything, than 1 week to ship all the orders. I generally post batches of 10 letters per day to the post office.
    You’ll receive your order within the 2 next weeks after, depending on your location.

πŸ“¦ DAMAGES & DELAYS
I'm not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the shipping service. If you give an incomplete or wrong address.
  • If your shipment arrives clearly damaged please contact me by sending me a photo of the damaged order as soon as you have received it. 
  • I will be able to offer a refund or a replacement if I still have the item in stock.
  • The customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fees.

❌ Cancellations

No cancellations for any orders with preorder items.

Cancellations for instock items must be done within 48 hours upon placing the order, sale will be final if 48 hours have passed and you haven't emailed me to cancel. 

 

πŸ“­ Lost Packages

Once an order is shipped, it's out of my hands and I unfortunately do not offer refunds. If losing mail is a concern for you, I recommend picking a shipping option that includes tracking.

CUSTOMS

  • Before receiving your goods, you may have to pay VAT, customs duty if you ordered outside the European Union. I'm not responsible for delays incurred by the customs.

  • Please also feel free to leave a note if you'd like for the thank you memo to be addressed by a different name from the shipping name.I can address the thank you memo in your chosen name ☺️🩡
